What enters the main feed

Source-led inclusion

The canonical board favors public-health agencies, standing guidance, disease outbreak notices, surveillance references, and reputable reporting with clear attribution. Each feed item must keep a source URL so readers can inspect the original record.

Trust hints, not proof

Source rank separates primary public-health sources from reputable news and lower-trust candidate lanes. Rank helps triage attention; it does not turn a summary into clinical guidance or a confirmed case count.

Material changes

The changes artifact reports recently added, removed, or materially updated feed records between promoted versions. It is a latest-delta aid, not a permanent incident history.

Freshness and source health

Fresh or aging: The artifact is reachable and has a recent generated timestamp. Readers should still cite original sources for public-health claims.
Static fallback: The Worker could not read a promoted KV artifact and served the bundled static fallback. Status pages label that source so clients can avoid treating it as a new refresh.
Blocked or empty: Blocked states preserve honest upstream access or source-health failures. Empty artifacts can be healthy when a separate lane, such as live candidates, has nothing current to publish.

Language pages

Language-prefixed pages group records by source-language metadata. They are not translations and do not promise complete coverage for that language.

Map overlays

Map records are country-level context unless a future generated artifact says otherwise. Do not infer facility, neighborhood, exposure-site, or travel-route precision from the current map.

Live context

Live media and briefing candidates stay outside the verified board. They can help with monitoring context, but they are not case-truth records.

Social leads
